**Position Details:**
Role: Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)
Location: East Lyme, CT
Schedule: Full-time or part-time options, weekdays only, with 4-day workweek flexibility
Teaching: Optional faculty appointment opportunities
Call: Limited to phone-only, averaging 2 weekends/year and 1 weeknight every ~2 months
Compensation: Competitive base salary of $250,000-$345,000 with additional incentives

**Qualifications:**
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligibility)
