**Position Details**
Role: Primary Care Physician (Adults 18+)
Location: Fairfield, CT
Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (4-day work week option available)
Phone Call: Minimal phone call, averaging 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Base Salary: Starting at $250,000, with additional uncapped incentive bonus
Other Compensation: Loan repayment support, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend

**Qualifications**
Required: Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligibility)
Required: BC/BE in Internal or Family Medicine
Preferred: At least 2 years of post-training experience in Primary Care
