**Position Highlights:**
- Comprehensive Care: Serve a diverse population with a range of complex endocrine disorders, focusing on gestational diabetes and diabetes wellness/prevention.
- Multispecialty Collaboration: Work with teams from radiology, nuclear medicine, molecular diagnostics, surgery, oncology, and MSK endocrine oncology.
- Outpatient Practice: Focus on advanced endocrine diseases within a multi-disciplinary setting on the HOCC campus.
- Diabetes Life Care Program: Participate in the specialized program for comprehensive diabetes management.
- Inpatient Rotation: One week per month dedicated to general endocrinology inpatient rotation.
- Support: Work with a team of four registered dietitians to assist with meal planning, meter/insulin education, and continuous glucose monitoring.

Qualifications:
BC/BE in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
Active license or eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut.
