Lead a growing team at Baptist Memorial HealthCare. We are seeking an experienced emergency medicine (EM) physician to lead our new freestanding emergency department (FSED) in Arlington, Tennessee. Located just outside of Memphis, this state-of-the-art facility offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to shape the future of emergency care in a rapidly growing community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to achieve departmental goals
• Participate in TeamHealth's leadership development programs

About the FSED:

• 8-bed FSED with annual visits of 15,000�20,000
• 12-hour shifts for physicians with Epic EMR
• On-site ambulance and 24/7 CT, X-ray, and lab services
• Ability to work across Arlington FSED, Baptist Memphis, and Baptist Collierville
