**Submissions Requirements**
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Required
- Active state license not required to bid
- Board Certification: Eligible
- Clean history

**Skill Requirements**
- Obstetrics and Gynecology:
- Low-risk pregnancy
- FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
- Routine deliveries: Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for C-section
- Complicated deliveries: C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBACs
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Office/minor gynecology: IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
- Surgical gynecology: Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only, Operative/major
