We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Hematology/Oncology practice in Johnstown, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, outpatient setting while maintaining your own patient base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care to hematology/oncology patients.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in nursing and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner. While experience in Hematology/Oncology is preferred, it is not required. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently, managing their own patient base, while also collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
