- 10-hour shifts from 8 am - 6 pm
- Patient census is 12 - 15
- 4 - 5 admissions in a 24-hour period
- No procedures
- No ICU
- Lodging is available for physicians who commute in; the location is commuter-friendly
- 1099 independent contractor model
