**Skill Requirements**

- Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeder (cautery or laser)
- Varices injection
- ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic)
- PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation
- Small bowel biopsy
- Lower GI endoscopy: Sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid), colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision
- Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
- Liver biopsy
- Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
