Responsibilities
Pediatrix® has an opportunity for a BE/BC Neonatologist to join our 7-physician practice in Colorado Springs.
- Start date beginning Spring 2025
- Coverage Locations:
- Children's Hospital Colorado - 53 bed level III NICU
- UCHealth Memorial Central -- Level IIIB NICU that includes a delivery service, 20 beds
- Parkview Medical Center - Level II NICU in Pueblo
- Combined annual admissions of 1,100+
- ADC of 60+
- Averaging 17-20 shifts per month with 24-hour in-house coverage
- Services include high frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide and body cooling, as well as pediatric general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, and full array of medical subspecialists
- NNP's provide in-house call and work 24-hour shifts with responsibilities including daily rounds with the neonatologists and daily patient management, procedures, attendance at high-risk deliveries, and participation in QI initiatives
- Hospital and practice QI committee involvement required
- New fellows welcome to apply, prefer circumcision and PICC line placement capability

- Active CO license preferred or in-process

Salary Range: $200k - $310k plus bonus
