**Per Diem** - Seeking Ob/Gyn Hospitalists who are interested in providing Per Diem coverage near Seattle, WA

Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include assisting MFM and OB providers with deliveries, surgical assists, OB emergencies and OB triage evaluations.
- 24 hour Inhouse shifts; Open to 12 hour Nocturnist coverage (Nights)
- Ability to cover as needed at any one of these locations: Swedish First Hill and Swedish Issaquah
Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified Ob/Gyn Hospitalist
- Minimum of 1 year's experience
- Licensed in WA or IMLC Compact Eligible
- Available to offer ongoing shifts
Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range (Hourly Pay): $165/hr
Health Insurance: Pediatrix does not offer health insurance for team members in a Per Diem role.
Per-diem is defined as team members who are scheduled as needed and not on a consistent basis.
Other Benefits: Sick Pay Bank; Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Retirement Benefits: Pediatrix does not offer retirement benefits for team members in a Per Diem role.
Paid Time Off: Pediatrix does not off paid time off for team members in a Per Diem role.
Paid Sick Leave: Pediatrix provides paid sick leave to team members in Washinton under Initiative 1433. Team members who do not accrue PTO are eligible to receive Washington Paid Sick and Safe Leave “PSSL” time in a lump sum.
Per Diem team members will accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Team members begin to accrue sick leave upon hire. However, they cannot use accrued sick leave until their 90th day of employment. There is no annual cap on accrual; however, team members will be able to carry over up to 108 hours of unused paid sick leave the following year.
NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
