Sourcing Team Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing specialists to recruit physicians, advanced providers, and allied health positions.
- Drive new sourcing initiatives and identify the best sources for potential candidates.
- Utilize resources like AI, databases, social media, and competitors to connect with candidates.
- Monitor and adjust sourcing strategies to maximize resources and increase the candidate pipeline.
- Update Recruiting Action Plans and collaborate with recruiters on difficult-to-fill positions.
- Manage program outreach and improve candidate engagement with residency, fellowship, advanced practice, and allied health programs.
- Work with marketing and recruiting to create collateral for recruiting events.
- Plan and execute marketing and engagement opportunities for conferences and meetings.
- Coordinate conferences, events, and meetings, and track their success to determine ROI.
- Ensure effective advertising with our partners.
- Assist in managing the submittals of invoices for the Talent Acquisition department.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing or recruiting, including using databases and social media (AI experience is a plus!).
- Supervisory experience in managing a team.
- Recruitment marketing experience is desired.
- Ability to uncover passive candidates and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Previous experience with ATS and in physician, advanced practice, and allied health recruiting is desired
