Excellent Opportunity to Join a Hybrid Private/Academic Neonatology Practice
ResponsibilitiesSeeking BC/BE Neonatologists to join our team at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital (Long Beach Memorial), in Long Beach, CA.
- MCWH is a Regional Level IV NICU with an average daily census of 55 and approximately 1,400 patient admits per year.
- In addition to our affiliated Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians (+ fellowship program), there are Ob Hospitalists and full on-site pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty support including a pediatric cardiovascular program.
- Services offered include maternal and neonatal transport, whole body cooling, iNO, Palliative Care Program, Telemedicine and a Small Baby Unit.
- Our NICU is part of a combined residency and fellowship program with the University of California Irvine and Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
- Active participation in our robust CQI program is a must.
- Coverage will also be provided at additional hospitals affiliated with this practice.
