**Locums OB/GYN - Enumclaw, WA**

**Coverage Need**
- Clinic and call coverage
- 7-8 call shifts/month, with the option to combine with clinic days

**Position Details**
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
- Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
- Call Schedule: 24-hour call, 7 AM-7 AM, with a 20-minute response time
- Patient Volume:
- Clinic: ~18 patients/day
- Deliveries: 20-30/month (10% high risk)
- Callback: Weekday 3-4 hours, Weekend 1-2 hours
- OB Coverage: Low and high-risk pregnancies, routine and complicated deliveries, VBACs
- GYN Coverage: Emergent GYN surgeries, ectopics, D&Cs, ER consults
- Required Procedures: C-sections, repair of 3rd-4th degree lacerations, FHR interpretation, OB inductions
- Support Staff: MA or LPN in clinic, LD RNs at hospital
- EMR: Epic
- In-house anesthesia: CRNAs, OR staff with 30-minute response time

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Active WA state license or IMLC considered (LOQ required)
- BLS and ACLS required
- DEA certification required
- Clean malpractice record highly preferred
- Availability for orientation and specific blackout dates required
- Providers must have a clean work history

**Skill Requirements**
- OB: Routine and complicated deliveries, ultrasounds, amniocentesis
- GYN: Emergency surgeries, VBACs, D&Cs, ectopics
- Ability to supervise and assist with C-sections if needed
