NorthStar is excited to announce the expansion of our footprint in Florida, and partnership with Tampa General Hospital System - Brooksville, Spring Hill, FESC Brooksville (Florida Endoscopy & Surgery Center)! Looking for skilled Anesthesiologists to join our group of anesthesia providers, whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned Anesthesiologist looking to make a career change, this could be the team for you! Our practice offers a variety of shifts, a diverse case mix, and a collaborative care team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an amazing organization!

AVAILABLE ROLES:
1. Nocturnist OB In-House Anesthesiologist: Tampa General Hospital (Available in Spring Hill only)
2. Day Shift Anesthesiologist: Will rotate between Brooksville, Spring Hill & FESC
3. 26 Week on/off Anesthesiologist: Will rotate between Brooksville, Spring Hill & FESC

CASES INCLUDE:
• Tampa General Brooksville Case Mix: General, Endo, Urology, Podiatry, Plastics, Total Joint, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, Vascular, Thoracic, ENT
• Tampa General Spring Hill Case Mix: General, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, Ortho, Plastics, Radiology, Urology, Labor Epidurals, C-Sections
• FESC Brooksville (Florida Endoscopy & Surgery Center) Case Mix: General, Endo, GYN, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Pain, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology

COMPENSATION:
• Nocturnist OB In-House Anesthesiologist (Spring Hill only): $550,000 Base + $25,000 Quality Bonus = $575,000 Annually (1 week on/1 week off schedule)
• **Day Shift Anesthesiologist (rotate all 3 facilities) : $525,000 Base + $25,000 Quality Bonus = $550,000 Annually + 17 weeks PTO
• ***26 week on/off Anesthesiologist (rotate all 3 facilities): $500,000 Base + $25,000 Quality Bonus + $29,000 Call Pay = $554,000 Annually (1 week on/1 week off schedule)
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 for a 3-year commitment
