**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates:
- February 20, 2025 (7 AM) - March 1, 2025 (7 AM)
- May 19, 2025 (7 AM) - May 26, 2025 (7 AM)
- Ongoing dates starting July 2025 (schedule released mid-January 2025)

**Position Details**
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call Type: 24-hour call, Monday-Sunday (5-7 days per month)
- Required Procedures/Job Duties:
- Scoping, ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy
- GI Bleed management
- Evaluation of GI problems
- EMR: EPIC (training required)
- Support Staff: None
- Admissions: 8 10 new patients per shift
- Follow-ups: 5 8 scopes per day
- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, Adolescent
- Pediatric Cases: Limited to patients aged 15+ and 50kg for trauma cases; otherwise not admitted

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Active CO License (highly preferred)
- Active DEA (required, must be maintained for the duration of the assignment)
- Availability for assignment dates listed above
- Must provide # of shifts per month available starting July 2025
- Ability to perform ERCP and EUS
- Acknowledgment of EMR training requirements and completion prior to start date
- Local/drive-in candidates (highly preferred; Tier 1 priority)
- Gastroenterology Fellowship required
- Clean malpractice and background record
- Self-inquiry NPDB report submission preferred for February stints

**Skill Requirements**

- Advanced endoscopic procedures

- Scoping and evaluation of complex GI cases
