* Opening in an all CRNA practice with call shared equally.
* Full-time
* Covering one hospital only
* 30-minute call back response from home or the hospital supplied call apartment
* Half of the time, post-call days are off (24 days total)
* $325k starting base salary
* 8 Weeks PTO
* Malpractice covered

**Qualifications**

* The ideal candidate would have experience performing US guided nerve blocks. We have a robust orthopedic practice requiring daily peripheral nerve block procedures (willing to train the right candidate)
* Provider must be comfortable working in an independent practice and taking call independently, including placing labor epidurals and central lines
* APNP certified and DEA license required
* Team focused, professional, and adaptive with strong communication skills
