Great opportunity for a Family Practice Physician to work and live in Northwest Indiana - just outside of South Bend, IN and Notre Dame University.
- Board Certified or Eligible Family Practice Physician
- Join a busy and established outpatient practice
- Mon-Fri schedule with a Saturday rotation
- Call rotation but not with hospital - just in house, hardly any calls, and by phone only
- New Patients are 40 min and follow ups are 20 min
- You will join at least 12 other providers on staff - large busy office
- Growing practice that needs another doctor!
- Competitive salary with full comprehensive benefits, productivity bonus, relo, and loan repayment options
