- Provide clinical and administrative leadership, overseeing the operations, quality of care, and team development at the freestanding emergency department
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative strategies for patient care and team efficiency
- Mentor and support your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Split your time between clinical duties and leadership responsibilities to maintain a strong connection with patient care
