**Obstetrics and Gynecology Opportunity in Spokane Valley, WA** **Coverage** - Start: April 1, 2025 - End: Ongoing - Schedule: - Call Coverage: 24-hour beeper call (8a-8a) for OB and GYN. - Clinic Support (if needed): Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (1-hour lunch). - Call response time: 20 minutes in person. **Position Details** - Practice Setting: Inpatient (possible outpatient clinic). - Primary Focus: Call coverage for deliveries and emergencies. - Patients Per Shift: Not specified. - Department Support: Multicare Corporate Rate lodging. - EMR System: Epic. **Skills and Procedures Required** - Pregnancy Care: - Low and high-risk pregnancy management. - Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE). - Routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs). - Ultrasounds: OB ultrasounds (Level I preferred; Level II optional). - GYN Care: - Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic minor and major procedures). - Repair of 3rd and 4th-degree lacerations. - Preferred Skills: Office/minor gynecology (IUDs, colposcopy, LEEP). **Facility Details** - Community Hospital: Level 1 nursery. - Fetal Monitoring Training: OB Relias required. **Requirements** - Certifications: BLS required. - Licensure: Active WA license required. - Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN. - Credentialing: 60-90 days (expedited available for clean files). **Rate Details** - Call Coverage: $2,380/day (inclusive of 4 gratis hours). - 24-Hour Holiday Call: $3,570/day (inclusive of 4 gratis hours). - Callback Hourly Rate: $295/hour (after gratis hours). - Holiday Callback Rate: $445/hour (after gratis hours). - Orientation Rate: $150/hour for hours beyond 8.
