**Locums Critical Care NP/PA Position in Atlantic City, NJ** **Coverage** - Start: ASAP - End: Ongoing - Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7 AM 7 PM - Practice Setting: Inpatient, Critical Care **Position Details** - Average ICU Patients Per Day: 9 - Admissions Per Day: 3 - EMR System: Cerner/Oracle - Unit Details: - Shared with trauma team - 26 ICU beds - Supervision: - Daytime: Physician attending present - After Hours: Remote collaboration **Procedures Required** - Ventilation Management: Invasive (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy) - Line Insertions: Central Line, Arterial Line - ICP Evaluation and Management - Acute Volume/BP Management **Facility Details** - Trauma Level: II - Teaching Responsibilities: None - Team Composition: - 7 Critical Care Physicians - 10 APPs **Requirements** - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in critical care required (no new grads). - License: Active New Jersey license required. - Preferred: Clean background and local candidates (mileage reimbursement only) - Certifications: - BLS (American Heart Association) - ACLS (American Heart Association)
