Opportunity Overview:
- 7 on, 7 off block schedule model
- Great compensation package with bonus incentive!
- No solo provider coverage required. The provider hired for this role will work alongside a hospitalist physician
- The ER team runs all codes including rapid response
- Closed ICU: 20-bed
- Inpatient background is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply
- Typical nocturnist responsibilities: submitting orders (pain management), consults for new admissions, and providing cross coverage for calls
- Average admissions on the night shift is between 6-8
