**Coverage Need**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 9/30/2025
- Schedule: **Flexible schedule**. Ideal rotation of two clinic days and one 24-hour in-house call day per week

**Position Details**
- Practice Settings: Inpatient, Outpatient
- Admissions Required: Yes
- Call Details: In-house, covering assigned patients
- Trauma Level: 2
- Facilities: Clinic at Gig Harbor and call at MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital (15 minutes apart)
- Clinic Patient Volume: 20-22 patients per day
- Support Staff:
- Clinic: 2 RNs, 2 LPNs, 2 MAs, 3 CNMs, 3 office staff
- Hospital: CNMs manage escalated deliveries as needed
- EMR System: Epic

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active WA License
- BLS
- Clean malpractice and background history

**Skill Requirements**
- Low and high-risk pregnancy management
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- Performance and interpretation of OB ultrasounds (Level I and II)
- Amniocentesis
- Routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-sections)
- Complicated delivery management (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Office/minor gynecology procedures (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)
- Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic, operative/major procedures)
- Laser certification
