- Primary role is overnight admissions
- Work shifts at 2 nearby hospitals
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who manage floor calls overnight
- Focus on patient safety, quality, and efficiency
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and case reviews
- Mentor medical residents and students, fostering a culture of learning
- Schedule:
- Excellent schedule of 155 shifts per year

**Qualifications**
- Medical Degree (MD/DO) with unrestricted Michigan medical license
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (with strong inpatient experience)
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
