**Position Overview:**
Join a dedicated team in providing comprehensive pediatric care in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This full-time position offers an excellent work-life balance in a community-centered practice.

**About the Role:**
- **Team Composition:** 3 Permanent Physicians, 1 Locum Physician, 1 Director, 1 Supervisor, 1 Community Healthcare Worker, 1 Front Office Coordinator, 2 Patient Registration Interviewers, 1 Certified Medical Assistant Clinical Coordinator, and 4 Certified Medical Assistants
- **Work Schedule:** Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; no holidays or weekends
- **Call Rotation:** Shared among providers, rotating monthly
- **Patient Volume:** Approximately 20 patients per day
- **Visa Sponsorship:** H1b and J1 Visas available

**Requirements:**
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
