Overview:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Active and unrestricted North Carolina license (or willingness to obtain a Virginia license)
- Valid DEA Certificate (Controlled Substance Registration without restrictions)
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as applicable to scope of practice
- *Eligible for National Health Service Corps and state loan repayment programs*
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and examinations to diagnose conditions
- Develop and implement patient care and treatment plans based on history and test results
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA
- Perform physical examinations and procedures as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with advancements and best practices in the medical field
