Located in ***Medford, OR*** 20 miles from Ashland, OR in Southern Oregon

- Seeking a General Neurologist to join our Neurology team in beautiful Medford, Oregon
- Candidates must be BC/BE in Neurology
- This is a full time General Neurology position and mainly outpatient, with a small amount of inpatient practice
- Team consists of 3 Neurologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Candidate will be practicing General Neurology and will also head up the health network's ALS program in neurology
**Compensation:**
- Year one: Annual base salary of $300,000
- Year two: The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
- Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 16%
- $50,000 signing bonus
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
- 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
