Medical Center in Augusta, Maine, is seeking board-eligible or board-certified Otolaryngologists to join their team and help rebuild their esteemed ENT service line. This opportunity offers a strong referral base and the chance to specialize in various aspects of ENT care.
**Position Highlights:**
- **Work Schedule:** 36 clinical hours per week with minimal call volume, supported by 24/7 hospitalist coverage.
- **Patient Care:** Focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing conditions of the ears, nose, throat, and head and neck, including ear and hearing disorders, sinus disease, and head and neck cancer.
- **Office Location:** Located in the newest Medical Center in Augusta, adjacent to Allergy and Audiology departments, and near the expanding Cancer Center.
- **Compensation & Benefits:**
- Competitive base salary with a robust RVU bonus structure.
