**Position Summary:**
Seeking a dynamic Medical Director to lead its Hospital Medicine program. The role involves guiding a dedicated team of top-tier providers, including a robust Hospitalist APP service and Critical Care Unit staff. This leadership position will include program development, quality improvement, and strategic collaboration as part of Mercy's leadership team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of high-performing providers and support staff.
- Oversee program development and the advancement of hospital medicine services.
- Implement and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic leader within executive leadership team.

**Candidate Requirements:**
- **Board Certification** in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for licensure in Maine.
- **7-10 years** of clinical experience, with **3-5 years** in a leadership role.
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration (MPH, MBA, MHA), or related certification preferred.
- Strong clinical, managerial, and leadership abilities.
