- Census: Average of 10-25 patients.
- Team: Collaborate with 2 established neonatologists and 24/7 CRNP coverage.

**Call Coverage**
- Call Style: From home.
- Call Schedule: A week on call every 3 weeks, averaging 10 calls per month.
