**Qualifications:**
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
- Pennsylvania medical license required prior to employment
- Graduate of an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree
- Completion of accredited residency and fellowship (if required by specialty)
- Current, unrestricted DEA certificate
