**Family Medicine opportunity in Freeland MI** - Located Freeland; Midland 11m, Saginaw 15m **Position Details:** - Seeking a Family Medicine Physician opportunity to join an experienced team in Freeland, Michigan - Full-time; Day Shift - 8am - 5pm - Take over a patient panel for a retiring physician in a growing community. - The family medicine team has easy access to specialists in Cardiology and Rheumatology, outpatient services such as radiology and rehabilitation, Urgent Care & Occupational Health. - Enjoy flexible scheduling models and a large call group with a nurse triage line. - All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. - Call 1:5 with nurse triage line support **Requirements:** - Certifications and Licensures - Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine - Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply - Required Education - Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency **Compensation:** - Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan.
