**Trauma Surgeon - Orthopedics Opportunity**
**Location:** Annapolis, MD
- Full-time, permanent position
**Position Overview:**
Orthopedic Surgery Service Line is seeking an experienced, **Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon** to join the team. The candidate must have completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery and demonstrate a strong interest in building a robust clinical practice.
**Essential Job Duties:**
- Deliver comprehensive medical services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Perform surgical procedures on various parts of the musculoskeletal system.
- Collaborate with other specialists as needed to create and execute treatment plans.
- Conduct daily rounds for hospital consults and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide education and guidance to patients regarding treatment goals and plans.
- Manage outpatient follow-ups and ongoing care for trauma patients.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited **School of Medicine**.
- **Board Certified/Board Eligible** in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Fellowship trained in **Orthopedic Trauma Surgery**.
- Eligible for licensure in the **State of Maryland**.
- Ability to obtain and maintain **medical staff membership** and appropriate privileges.
