- Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday
- Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.

**Compensation Details**
- Year 1 Base Salary = 285,900
- Year 2 & beyond - Annual performance inventives
- $45/wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus
- Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness - https://www.ohsu.edu/oregon-office-of-rural-health/primary-care-loan-forgiveness-pclf )
- Signing Bonus: $60,000
- 15K relocation
