The center has a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician opportunity for you to join our collaborative team in St. Charles, MN. This position would assume an established practice joining another physician, an Advanced Practitioner Clinician, and support staff. Flexible FTE!
Job Description:
- Good quality of life
- Dynamic rural practice - good mix of patient population
- Build relationships - take care of 3-4 generations
- Nursing Home coverage - 1/2 day per week
- Care Coordination team - for the chronically complex patients
- Care for all age groups
- Epic
Requirements:
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- MD/DO
- Active MN medical license/DEA
- BLS
