**APP ENT opening: Conway, SC** ~ 10m to Myrtle Beach **Position Details** - Full-time - Permanent - Seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions as well as serving as a consultant and educator. - Performing patient history and physical examinations, diagnostic testing, test interpretation, treatment, patient follow up and education on managing acute and chronic health problems. - The APP promotes collaboration between the multiple disciplines to ensure cost effective and quality patient care. - The APP will make referrals to physicians and other healthcare providers, document assessment, management, and education clearly and concisely within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). - The APP will dictate discharge summaries, writes prescriptions, explains discharge instructions, and confirms follow-up appointments, as well as monitor, record and report systems or changes in patients condition. **Qualifications** - Completion of an accredited NP/PA program required. **Licensure/Certification/Registration:** - Current licensure as a NP/PA in the State of South Carolina in good standing (SCLLR) required (or eligibility to obtain South Carolina license) - Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification required. - Board Certified
