Job Description
- Located in Bay City, MI; Midland 20m; Grand Rapids 160m; Detroit 130m
**Position Details:**
- Seeking a full Family Medicine Physician to join an established team in Bay City.
- Full-Time; Day shift
- Shift: 0800-1700
- All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
- Call 1:10 with nurse triage line support
**Requirements:**
- Certifications and Licensures:
- Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
- Required Education:
- Successful completion of an ACGME approved Residency
**Compensation:**
- Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan. Benefits include:
