Psychiatry opening in Central Coastal California
- Located in Santa Maria, CA; Santa Barbara 60m
- Employed
- Full Time; Permanent - Part time may be considered
- Current schedule: Mon - Thurs 7:30am - 5pm, Fri 8 - 12pm; mobile crisis team takes over for ED or CSU; schedule split between outpatient and inpatient mornings and afternoons
- Active California license - preferred
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Patients ages 18 and older ONLY, all pediatrics are seen by the County of Santa Barbara, Behavioral Wellness staff
- Consult liaison inpatient service consists of 4 - 6 hours per day, remainder of day in outpatient clinic
- Join team of 1 Psychiatrist, 1 Physician Assistant, 2 Licensed Psychiatric Technicians
- EMR: Cerner
- Develop treatment plan/intervention
Generous Benefit Package, including but not limited to:
- Estimated Comp: $300,000 - $375,000 (inclusive of base salary plus performance incentives) sign on bonus (up to $50k), relocation assistance (up to $20k)
