**Professional Details:**
- **Schedule:** Four 10-hour days per week.
- **Patient Volume:** Average 15-20 patients per day.
- Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day.
- **Practice Features:**
- Behavioral health and lab services on-site.
- Epic EMR.
- Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home designation.
- **Position Type:** Full-time, permanent.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- **Total Compensation:$146,000+ with RVU production bonus opportunity.
