Position Highlights:

• Full-time, employed opportunity
• Shift-based schedule with block scheduling (7 on/7 off) for work-life balance
• Flexible scheduling available to improve quality of life
• Swing shift coverage only
• Average patient census: 18 with 1-2 admissions per shift
• Closed ICU with procedure support from Intensivists and IV Team

Candidate Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active Arizona license
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
