- Neuromuscular neurologist strongly preferred or experience in treating neuromuscular disorders
- 5 - 10 patients per day
- Neuromuscular disorders, carpal tunnel syndrome, neuropathy, radiculopathy, muscle dystrophy etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
