Outpatient Coverage needed in Madison, IN for 3 months CPH# JOB-3014573

Free-standing Outpatient Clinic seeking Physical Therapist coverage for 3 months. The ideal start date is 12/30. Schedule will be Monday - Friday two nights until 7 pm, 8-hour days, and 36 hours are guaranteed per week. Candidates must have recent OP ortho experience to be considered. New grads welcome (if they've had an outpatient rotation) at lower BR. Must have a IN state license/be willing to obtain state licensure. Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.
