Hospital-based Outpatient Clinic seeking Occupational Therapist coverage for 3 months. The ideal start date is 2/3. Schedule will be Monday - Friday, weekends are possible. Candidates must have 1+ years' experience to be considered. Must have an Arizona state license. • Monday - Friday, weekends are possible

• Redoc EMR experience preferred
• Arizona state license required

Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment.
