**Family Medicine Opening - Philadelphia** **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - The hours of operation for the practice are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm (with some occasional extended hours). - There is a shared call rotation (no weekends). - Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages. - 15-20 patients/day - ACO clinical wraparound support services - The selected physician will join an established practice based in a renovated office space. - The practice has full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services. - In-network specialist referral - Allows for this provider to practice outpatient prenatal care - EPIC EMR **Compensation and Benefits:** - 265K Base + incentives - Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time - Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability - Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc. - Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid - 403(b) with a company match up to 10% - Professional Liability Insurance with tail - License and DEA reimbursement - Health Savings Accounts (HSA) - Flexible spending accounts (health, dependent care) **Requirements** - Board Certified - 2+ years employment experience required - Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
