**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent

- Join 3 ENTs, adding 4th due to growth
- Ready-made practice with excellent referral resources - featuring a network of 30+ primary care outreach facilities, and we care for a patient population of 750,000 throughout Kentucky and Ohio.

**Compensation/Benefits**
- $500K + productivity for the first 2 years, based on $60 per wRVU.
- Full benefits
- 6 weeks PTO + 1 week for CME
- 5K CME expenses
- 30K sign on bonus
- 25K/year student loan repayment

- Ashland, KY is a town of about 25,000 people, located right on the Ohio River.
- We have a nice, clean town with minimal traffic, a beautiful and very active performing arts theater, indoor tennis, a large downtown park, and boutique shopping.
- Our Tri-State region (Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia) is renowned for safe, family friendly communities with an excellent cost of living.
- We also host some of the countrys finest state parks that feature golf, skiing, boating, fishing, hunting and biking.
- We have four seasons all of which are relatively mild.
- Were also a short drive to metro cities in Ohio (Cincinnati and Columbus) and Kentucky (Lexington and Louisville).
