**Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Opportunity - Cooperstown, NY**

The Division of Neurosurgery is seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant to join a dedicated team consisting of two surgeons and one additional PA or Nurse Practitioner.

**Position Requirements**
- Join an established group with responsibilities including clinic visits (new and established patients), post-op visits, telemedicine, floor management of post-op patients, and first assisting in the OR.
- No Neurosurgery call required, with optional General Surgical call.
- Strong relationships with prominent medical centers for teaching and education.
- Previous surgical experience is preferred but not essential.

**Benefits Details**
- Salary Range: $122,086 - $150,000, based on competitive base pay and recognition of experience, education, training, and licensure.
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000.
- Clinic hours typically run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with OR days varying two to three times per week.
