*100% Geriatric Medicine, Pall Care optional, SNF Attending in a large and established comprehensive Geriatric Service *

**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Seeking Geriatrician to work with Geriatric patient population residing in two SNFs situated in Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) in Bloomfield and Willimantic Connecticut.
- Added Palliative Care experience and/or training welcome.
- Setting: 100% Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physician Services
- Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule, weekdays only if preferred
- Call: Infrequent phone call only
- Join one (1) Physician and one (1) APP that are currently servicing the 2 SNFs plus peer support from a team of 6 other physicians that provide similar care within a team of 18 Geriatric providers
