This practice is supported by a service area population of more than 428,000. This practice is in a new clinic location in Box Elder, South Dakota where medical services have not previously been offered, but are needed for this growing community. This is an outpatient clinic that that aims to provide care for all ages and stages. - Opportunities for Advanced Practice Provider (CNP/PA) supervision is also offered. - A very competitive salary with productivity bonus incentives is offered along with a starting bonus, retention bonus, paid relocation and moving allowance, paid malpractice, CME reimbursement, startup and ongoing marketing and a comprehensive basic PLUS exclusive physician benefits package.
