**About the Position:**
- Seeking full-time experienced hospital medicine physicians to join our esteemed medical group
- We have multiple positions available, including daytime rounding, daytime admitting, swing shift admitting, and nocturnist admitting shifts.
- Assistant or associate professor level preferred; leadership role considered for experienced candidates.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule that does not follow the traditional 7-on/7-off model, allowing for a better work-life balance.
- Our physicians work 12-hour shifts, providing consistent and predictable work hours. Rounding shifts: 7am- 7pm, Admitting shifts: 7am- 7pm, 11am -11pm, 5pm-5am and 8pm- 8am.
- No Procedures, Closed ICUs:
- Focus on patient care without the need for performing procedures.
- Our hospitalist program features closed Intensive Care Units, promoting a collaborative work environment with our critical care team.

**Requirements:**
- MD/DO with State of Michigan license or eligibility.

**Compensation Package:**
- We offer competitive salaries based on your years of hospital medicine experience.
