We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented professional to join our **Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic** in the Pacific Northwest. **Position Details**
- Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Average 12-16 patients per day
- 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
- Team-shared phone call for established patients only
- Full-time, permanent position
- Utilizes Epic EMR
