**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- The hours of operation for the practice are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm (with some occasional extended hours).
- There is a shared call rotation (no weekends).
- Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages.
- 15-20 patients/day
- ACO clinical wraparound support services
- The selected physician will join an established practice based in a renovated office space.
- The practice has full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services.
- In-network specialist referral
- Allows for this provider to practice outpatient prenatal care
- EPIC EMR

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- 265K Base + incentives
- Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time

**Requirements**
- Board Certified

- 2+ years post grad experience required
- Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
